Three Gorges Dam Received 13800 Visitors during Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday

Statistics provided by Reception Center of Three Gorges Dam Scenic Area on September 13 show that they totally received 13800 visitors during Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. Three Gorges Dam Scenic Area earned an income of 1.08 million RMB during the three days. The number of visitors decreased by 2 percent compared to the same period of last year.

Statistics show that Three Gorges Dam received 5328 visitors on September 10 (first day of Mid-Autumn Festival holiday). 4928 visitors visited Three Gorges Dam on the second day of the holiday. The number of visitors here decreased to 3580 on the third day of the holiday (Mid-Autumn Day).

According to Xu Ting - manager of marketing department of Three Gorges Tourism Company, Three Gorges Dam keeps attracting more and more visitors recently. The number of visitors visited Three Gorges Dam has broke through one million. The number of visitors is expected to reach 1.75 million at the end of this year.
