Shennu Stream is a rill between Qingshi Town and Feifeng (Flying Phoenix) Mountain. The scenery in the stream area is very beautiful. The Shennu Stream is 15 kilometers long, including 10 kilometers primitive gorge part which hasn't been developed. There are Seven Goddess Pond and some other landscapes. The Qingshi Town is the nearest town to Shennu Stream. Every generation of resident in Qingshi Town sincerely watches the Goddess Peak on the opposite bank, to see every rosy dawn flying by the face of Goddess, and the setting sun passing by the skirt of Goddess; even the sigh of the Goddess is collected by them. The Goddess is sitting on the mountain peak to guard the Qingshi Town, while people in Qingshi Town are working hard. After the second stage water impounding in Three Gorges Reservoir, this small town with tens families revealed out to the world. The small town which was only can be found by very few photographers has become the most attractive scenic spots in Three Gorges tour.

Three Gorges Tour – Daning River

Wuxi Daning River Scenic Spot is the generic name of midstream and upstream scenic spot of Daning River except the Mt. Wu Lesser Three Gorges. It is one of the main tourist lines in the Fengjie-Wuxi – Mt. Wu "Golden Triangle" tourist district. A green river flows toward south, and the irregular arranged dolly way and "Fairy Cave" are located on the steep cliff. There are many legends and myths about these caves. But experts think that the ancient human beings who do not have fixed residence like the convenience of water and stable of mountain, so they choose the cave burial way, facing with river and rely on mountain, which is named "boat-coffin burial" or "suspending coffin burial".

As the link of Yellow River Civilization and Yangtze River Civilization, the Daning River leads to Qinshan on the north side, reaches the Xiajiang on the south side, faces with Shennongjia on the

east side, connects with Ba Mountain on the west side. The mountain flowers in autumn, green trees in summer, red leaves in autumn and white snow in winter decorate the both banks so beautiful. The rain at night wet the road and the candle at west window will burn out. But visitors still do not know when to leave. No because the road is too long or dangerous, while they do not want to leave.
